The DAO

What is a DAO?

The term DAO stands for “decentralized autonomous organization,” and can be described as an open-source blockchain protocol governed by a set of rules that automatically execute certain actions without the need for intermediaries. The DAO’s rules are embedded into computer code, which executes by itself based on the voting behavior of holders using the protocol. There is no need to manually implement the decisions as they are automatically executed through programmatic rules of the contract.

What is the setup of the BabyKraken DAO?

We're using the DAO module of gnosis: https://github.com/gnosis/dao-module This DAO contract is the owner of a gnosis safe: https://gnosis-safe.binance.org/#/welcome The gnosis safe is the owner of the BABYKRAKEN contract: https://bscscan.com/address/0x4D79DA6F390D9E9d475802a693353C3715b7Bd75#code (the BabyKraken deployer will transfer ownership to the gnosis safe after the dxsale presale has been finalized and trading started)
